kingdom fitted

Kingdom Fitted is an urban, faith based Christian apparel brand. It mixes streetwear style with scripture, so you can wear your faith in a way that fits your everyday life. The brand needed an identity that could hold its own next to other streetwear labels and still carry a clear message. I designed both logos, the online store, and a line of shirts, hoodies, and hats.

The classic logo spells out Kingdom Fitted in bold, wide capitals. A crowned lion takes the place of the O in Kingdom. The lion points to Christ as the Lion of Judah, and the crown marks this as a brand for the King. The newer alt logo shortens the name to KNDM FTTD. Dropping the vowels gives it the clipped feel of a streetwear tag and fits small spaces like hat fronts and neck labels. Three red stripes sit between the words. The red stands for the blood of Christ, and the three stripes represent the Holy Trinity.

Kingdom Fitted speaks to believers who live in the city and dress like it. Every design starts with a bold message pulled from scripture, then gets the look of modern streetwear. I worked with heavy block type, stacked layouts, and playful lettering that follow what people wear right now. The colors shift from piece to piece, but the attitude stays the same. Each design is loud enough to start a conversation and clear enough that you get the message in a glance. The KNDM FTTD mark ties the line together on hats and neck labels. I also built the online store to match, with a dark, photo driven homepage that puts the clothes and the message first.
